Recipe

This is my own recipe for Spanish Tortilla. Ingredients:- 4 eggs 2 large potatoes 1/2 large onion 2 thin slices boiled ham 1/2 stock cube Soy sauce. Black pepper Approx 8 inch (4 cm) frying pan with cover Garlic mayonaise (optional) Method:- 1. Chop onions small, fry in olive oil until golden. Put oily pan to one side for later 2. Boil potatoes until soft. Chop roughly into 1/2 inch (1 cm) cubes - a bit of 'squashy' is good, so don't worry. 3. Slice ham into 1/4 inch pieces, mix into potatoes along with fried onions, stock cube, and ground black pepper to taste. 4. Break eggs in container and whisk until well mixed. 5. Add two dashes soy sauce and the potato/onion mix. Stir until blended well in with eggs. 6. Pour egg / potato mixture into previous used frying pan, cover it, and place over large ring with very low heat. 7. Heat gently for approximately 15 minutes - top side should still be just slightly liquid in the centre. Shake pan gently to loosen tortilla mix. 8. Slide tortilla VERY gently onto a plate - cooked side down. 9. Place pan over the top of the tortilla, then invert pan and plate together, so the tortilla slides into the pan with uncooked side down. 10. Cook for further 5 minutes to finish the inverse side of the tortilla. Wait until cool, spread garlic mayonaise thinly over the top and serve - absolutely delicious.

I see Soy sauce in the ingredients but I'm not seeing where you used it in the directions. Did I miss something?
